20-20 Networks knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate
your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. We have established this Privacy Policy so
that you can understand how we use and protect your Personal Information. "Personal Information"
means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a
first and last name, a physical address, an e-mail address, or other contact information, whether
at work or at home. By visiting any of 20-20 Networks websites, or using a 20-20 Networks Service,
you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

You can visit 20-20 Networks web pages without telling us who you are or revealing any Personal
Information about yourself. However, inquiries about offered Services requires your name, email
address and telephone number; while sign up and activation for most of our Services requires your
URL's, ip addresses, email addresses for Alert Notifications in addition to your name, email
address and telephone number.

Payment for Services is accomplished by links that take you to your choice of PayPal or Google,
alternatively payment by check can be arranged during order acceptance.

Our goal is transparent submission of your limited personal data to our internal systems and no
record of this data is maintained on our web site. Online payment services are handled only by
PayPal and Google on their sites and only a confirmation of payment is received at 20-20 Networks
systems.

We will not sell, rent, distribute or give away private information. We will use the information
provided to improve 20-20 Networks and the services we provide to our customers.
20-20 Networks will protect to the best of its abilities all information provided to us by our
Customers.  



Legal Terms of our Privacy Policy


When you inquire or sign up for 20-20 Networks Services we ask for information such as your name,
email address, phone number, ZIP code, title, URL's, ip addresses, and Service options. We don't
ask for financial payment information online, online payments use PayPal and Google secure
services.

20-20 Networks respects our customers right to privacy. The data we collect is used in the
aggregate to give us demographic information about the entire 20-20 Networks customer base in
order to improve the 20-20 Networks service. The corporate or personal information you provide -
name, address, etc. -- allows us to inform you about Alert Notifications, maintenance windows,
updates to the service, and to notify you of products and services of 20-20 Networks.
 
We don't share personal information with third parties!

We may share aggregated non-personal information (number of sites monitored, geographic region,
number of Customers, Services per region with third parties outside 20-20 Networks. Such
information does not identify you individually.

We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized
alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data
collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security
measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. However, we

such as service or maintenance announcements, administrative messages and new Product Services,
without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.


We offer some of our services in connection with other web sites. Personal information that you
provide to those sites may be sent to 20-20 Networks in order to deliver the service (online
payment confirmation). We process such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The
affiliated sites may have different privacy practices and we encourage you to read their privacy
policies.

This Privacy Policy applies to 20-20 Networks only. We do not exercise control over any sites
displayed or links from within our various services. These other sites may place their own cookies

We transfer information about you if 20-20 Networks is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, 20-20 Networks will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
